Traditional Italian sweet bread, that is naturally leavened and fermented for at least 38 hours. The rich, buttery dough is full of Valhrona Equatoriale Noire Dark chocolate, Caramelia milk chocolate & our homemade coffee pralineé.

The shelf life of this product is developed by its long and slow natural fermentation. This product is made with the highest quality ingredients and its free of preservatives, stabilizers and chemical improvers.

Follow our storing guidelines inside the box to assure a good storage.*

Generally a medium size (medio) would be good for approximately 12 days after purchase, while a big size would be good for approximately 3 weeks. However, we still encourage you to consume this product before the expiration date.

Medio serves 4-6; Alto serves 7-10

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, European butter 83%, water, organic eggs, organic sugar, natural levain (wheat flour, water), Valhrona equatoriale Noire 55%, Valhrona Caramelia Milk Chocolate, specialty quality Ilse coffee beans (Mexico, by Ricardo Romero Roque) local organic honey, sea salt, fresh vanilla beans (Madagascar), lemon zest.

Hazelnut glaze: Hazelnuts (Italy), corn starch, eggs, sugar, sea salt.

Note* During warm weather we don't glaze any Panettone and it will be sold as the Milanese style.
