Traditional Italian sweet bread, that is naturally leavened and fermented for at least 38 hours. The rich, buttery dough is full of candied oranges and raisins.
The shelf life of this product is developed by its long and slow natural fermentation. This product is made with the highest quality ingredients and its free of preservatives, stabilizers and chemical improvers.

Generally a medium size (medio) would be good for approximately 2 weeks after purchased, while a big size would be good for approximately 3-4 weeks. However, we still encourage you to consume this product before the expiration date.
Medio serves 4-6; Alto serves 7-10
Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, European butter 83%, water, organic eggs, organic sugar, natural levain (wheat flour, water), homemade candied orange (orange peels, glucose), local organic honey, sea salt, fresh vanilla beans (Madagascar), orange zest.
Note* During warm weather we don't glaze any Panettone and it will be sold as the Milanese style.
