Start your morning with freshly baked Cornetto Ischitano.

Store in the freezer until the night before you're ready to bake!

Best when used within two weeks of purchase.

Instructions:

Keep it frozen until ready to use,

Place pastry on parchment paper (or silicone baking sheet) on sheet pan, cover loosely with plastic.

To proof: Place tray at room temperature, something around 70-72F for 12-14 hours. 

When fully risen, the layers of cornetto will become visible and the product will have doubled in volume. (The warmer the room is, the faster it will rise).

Egg wash with a pastry brush. Bake at 350f (180c) for 22 minutes, rotating after 15 minutes. ENJOY with an espresso or cappuccino!
