Our pizza dough is ready to bake the same day of purchase or the following day if refrigerated. You can bake in a normal domestic oven or in a wood fired oven.

Serving size: 1 ball per order* (300 grams for round pizza or 1 kg for rectangular shape)

Ingredients: Stoneground Wheat flour (NY), Semolina (Italy), Sourdough Starter (wheat flour, water), Sea Salt, Artisanal Olive Oil.
