Our naturally leavened focaccia is high digestible and it’s the perfect bed for any fresh ingredient. We love to combine our focaccia with our fresh farmed ingredients from our local farmers. Our focaccia flavor will vary weekly according to what’s available at the farmers market. Some of our favorite suppliers: Beaver Brook Farm, Sport Hill Farm, Ox Hollow Farm, River Bank Organic Farm, Woodland Farm, Walden Hill Farm.
