Our healthy crusty sourdough!
Made with high quality local wheat and naturally fermented/leavened for over 18hrs. Our sourdough bread has a much lower GI (glycemic index) than commercial bread.
Ingredients: Stoneground 82% high extraction wheat flour (from NY), sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), water, sea salt.
