Traditional Tuscan biscotti that are crunchy*- friable perfect for dipping into coffee or Vin Santo (a dessert wine from Tuscany).

*These biscotti are not meant to be soft!

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour (NY), organic sugar, local eggs, pistachios/almonds/chocolate chips, clarified butter, baking powder, baking soda, orange zest, sea salt, turbinado sugar.
