Bombolone isn't an American donut. We use local and high quality ingredients and our bomboloni’s dough ferments for about 48hrs, in order to achieve a very light, tasty and digestible final product.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour (from NY), European butter 83%, local eggs, organic sugar, local honey (from Monroe), sourdough starter (wheat, water), milk, sea salt, vanilla, homemade lemon/orange paste (glucose, sugar, lemon).
