A one-bite almond-based shortcrust biscotti filled with our homemade spread.

Baci di dama are a type of sandwich biscotti from Piemonte (Northern Italian). They were originally created as a way to utilize hazelnuts that are local to Piemonte region, but now are made with almonds and many other flavors.
