Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, butter, water, organic eggs, organic sugar, natural levain (wheat flour, water), homemade candied orange (orange peels, glucose), organic raisins, local organic honey, salt, vanilla bean, lemon zest.
Almond glaze only Alto* (organic almond flour, sugar, organic eggs, corn starch, powdered sugar).
Note* During warm seasons like summertime we don't glaze any Panettone. It will be sold as the Milanese style.
