Caring for your Sourdough Culture
Your sourdough culture (starter) is a living thing- we like to think of our starters as our house pets (naming your starter is highly encouraged 😁). Take care and feed it as you would your actual pet and it will reciprocate that love in the form of delicious bread!
We have supplied you all with the exact instructions of how to both feed and care for your sourdough culture. To use the instructions and formulas, you must “Make A Copy” in order to save it your Google Drive. In addition, we will be uploading several formulas (recipes) that you can use your sourdough discard for!
